Acceptance of terms

By using EduHawk, you agree to use the platform responsibly and only for
legitimate education hiring, matching, and partnership activity.

Marketplace role

EduHawk helps teachers and schools discover potential matches. EduHawk does not
guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, background-check results, interviews,
compensation, or school placement.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for keeping profile information accurate, respectful, and
lawful. Schools remain responsible for their own hiring process, screening,
interviews, reference checks, and compliance obligations.

Account and content moderation

EduHawk may remove content or restrict access when content appears inaccurate,
abusive, unlawful, misleading, or harmful to the marketplace.

Changes

These terms may be updated as EduHawk evolves. Continued use of the platform
means you accept the updated terms.
